Refund Policy

The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, fully-functional, and try the Demo-before-you-buy. The demo is to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision.

Please use the DEMO to make sure that the software/script meets your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software is fully-functional during the trial period.

If you purchase our product, after your payment has cleared you will receive an email with the purchase code to activate the software. Once this information is emailed to you, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.

Our support staff are available to assist in installation and configuration via email ticket or telephone. We strongly recommend that all customers to test the DEMO version of any product/script prior to making a purchase.

Acceptance of this Refund Policy

  • It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
  • If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

Policy modifications.We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time with the permission of Directors of Nanlogical Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. We will post our revised Policy at Proposed Policy at least thirty (30) calendar days before it becomes effective. Unless this Policy has already been invoked by the submission of a complaint to a Provider, in which event the version of the Policy in effect at the time it was invoked will apply to you until the dispute is over, all such changes will be binding upon you. In the event that you object to a change in this Policy, your sole remedy is to cancel your purchase with us, provided that you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees you paid to us.
